Francis Meijners
Francis is part of the User Needs First team and community manager of our User Needs First community. She has a strong focus on clear communication and plain language. She brings this passion to the international community, where clear communication is essential to understand members from all over the world and facilitate learning together. Unsurprisingly, Francis has a strong interest in different languages and cultures. Dutch is her first language, but she’s experienced that an open attitude, patience and smile will help to connect with people even if a language barrier is in place.
